Motorola announces sponsorship of virtual BAPCO event

Motorola Solutions has announced that it will be a Platinum sponsor at next year’s BAPCO: the Online Event.

Speaking of the company’s decision, a spokesperson said: “Motorola Solutions is delighted to be Platinum sponsor of BAPCO 2021: The Online Event. British APCO is key to nurturing existing customer relationships, as well as initiating new conversations in the public safety community.  

“The COVID-19 pandemic has shown us that knowledge sharing and communication have never been more important. BAPCO enables us to work together to build solutions that respond to the ever-changing challenges faced by the public safety community. We look forward to participating in a variety of sessions across the inspiring conference programme, and engaging with visitors.”

Motorola Solutions is one of the biggest critical communications companies in the world. It also has a crucial role in the roll-out of the Emergency Services Network, being one of its core contractors. 

BAPCO: the Online Event – which is replacing next year’s re-scheduled BAPCO annual show in March – will consist of a virtual conference, alongside an exhibition featuring some of the most influential names in the sector. According to organisers, it is designed to keep attendees “connected and engaged with the sector, until we can all meet again.”

BAPCO: the Online Event takes place between 2 – 4 March 2021. The rescheduled BAPCO Conference & Exhibition will be staged at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, from 12 – 13 October next year.
