Andy is the User Services Programme Director, responsible for the delivery of IBM’s role in ESN, together with an ecosystem of expert partners. He is a leader of Business and IT Transformations for the world's largest organisations and global businesses across the private and public sector, operating at board level, and involving investment of £1bn+ with 1,000+ people distributed across multiple global locations and suppliers. Andy has proven expertise and a successful track record in delivering multi-year complex systems integration programmes across all industries inclusive of platforms that are mission critical.
