David Jackson is the lead at the NPCC’s Digital Public Contact Programme both for data and Artificial Intelligence. Before retiring as a police officer David was a Chief Superintendent at the Metropolitan Police Service and led the Contact, Command and Control services, including a number of transformational change programmes. He began his police service in 1990 with Nottinghamshire Police as a contact advisor.
