Dylan spent nearly 24 years with the New Zealand Police, and for the past 5 years he has led the New Zealand Police team on the New Generation Critical Communications (NGCC), the governance body responsible for developing the New Zealand Public Safety Network (PSN). Dylan was also Senior Responsible Owner for the legacy LMR emergency services network in New Zealand. Prior to this, Dylan was heavily involved with the New Zealand Police Mobility program. Dylan is now looking over the PSN project for Tait Communications, the provider of the Project 25 (P25) nationwide network for PSN. Dylan has spoken at numerous previous events, including Comms Connect in NZ and Australia and particularly speaks to the end user experience (quality of experience) from the view as a frontline responder.
