Holly Barkwell is an experienced public safety professional with over 30 years of technical and operational experience in 911/999/112 emergency communications control room operations and dispatch. Holly is a recognized public safety industry professional with experience in policy, governance, technology, security, operations, change management and standards & best practices.

Holly serves as the current NENA Canadian Region Director and is an active participant in the Canadian Emergency Services Working Group (ESWG), a dedicated national group of public safety professionals developing the strategies to transition Canada to NG9-1-1 by 2025.
