Jules is a seasoned strategic policing technology leader, with twenty years’ experience working in senior roles across IT and transformational change in policing.  She was the Chief Information Officer for Essex Police & Kent Police for ten years and finished her career there as the Interim Director/ACO for the Support Services Directorate for six months.

Prior to her policing career, Jules worked in technology transformation in the private sector, including clients such as American Airlines, AMEX, Nokia and Motorola.  She is currently a core member of the NPCC Digital, Data and Technology Coordinating Committee team, led by CC Rob Carden, progressing the implementation of the 2030 National Digital Policing Strategy.
