Ken is an experienced IT Manager and Director of IT with over 30 years’ experience across pharmaceutical and convenience logistics sectors. For the last 7 years he has been the IT Governance Manager at ESFRS, which has included the management of a complex IT outsourcing contract encompassing all IT services, a multi-million pound IT infrastructure renewal programme and a project to successfully migrate ESFRS’ control room facilities to the Surrey Joint Fire Control partnership.

Ken is a passionate advocate of working closely with senior leaders to understand business issues, aligning technology solutions to enable business change in challenging environments.
