Nikki Harvey Registered General Nurse, MSc Child Protection is the Head of Safeguarding for the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust (WAST), a position she has held since 2017.

Nikki has over twenty years experience working collaboratively within the safeguarding and public protection arena in a variety of health service settings.

On behalf of WAST Nikki has been instrumental in the development and implementation of a digital safeguarding reporting system which is now in use across Wales enabling 7000+ reports yearly to be transmitted timely and securely to a number of partner agencies.

With retirement now on the horizon, the implementation of the DocWorks Scribe digital safeguarding reporting system is the legacy Nikki leaves behind.
