I am a police officer with 16 years of experience in roles such as firearms, detective, and strategic support. I have delivered on force level initiatives that improved operational outcomes and public trust in the use of police powers. I am seconded to the College of Policing as a national subject matter expert, where I implement the actions and recommendations born from the Independent Office of Police Complaints, Home Office and other bodies which oversee the police nationally for stop search and body worn video. My role further involves identifying and sharing good practice and providing peer support. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and effectiveness of policing in the UK.
