Vicky joined the Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP) Implementation Team in July 2017 as an Implementation Manager. Since joining Vicky has been involved in the Implementation of numerous Trust across the UK of ARP's Control Room Solution. Her role involves preparing each Trust for the Successful Migration of The Control Room Solution into Business as Usual. This involves, the testing of new functionalities, integration of 3rd party systems along with front and back office infrastructure.
